RV SITE RATES
RV Site rates vary based on size of lot. Also based on 1-2 occupants and 1-2 vehicles. Extra occupants and/or vehicles may incur extra charges. Electric included in daily/weekly rate; sub-metered electric billed separately for monthly stays. Basic Wi-Fi included. To qualify for monthly rate, must stay minimum of 1 month. Anything less will forfeit any refund of deposit paid.

Park Model Rental RATES
Rental is 1 bed/1 bath furnished unit Rental Fee based on 1-2 occupants. No smoking, small caged pets negotiable. Electric is sub-metered and billed separately for 3 month or longer lease. Water, sewer, trash and basic Wi-Fi is included in rent. Application/background check required. Taking a waitlist for future vacancies.
