Rates

RV Site rates are the same for 30 or 50 amp. Rates based on 2 occupants and 2 vehicles. Extra occupants and/or vehicles may incur extra charges. Electric included in daily/weekly rate; sub-metered electric billed separately for monthly stays. Basic Wi-Fi included. To qualify for monthly rate, must stay minimum of 1 month. Anything less will forfeit any refund of deposit paid.

*Electric and water hook-up, fee also includes use of facilities (septic dump, bathroom/laundry, pool) and basic Wi-Fi in common areas. Fee based on 2 occupants. Extra occupants may incur additional charges in addition to Overnight Fee.

Park Model Rentals are 1 bed/1 bath furnished units. Rental Fee based on 2 occupants. No smoking, small caged pets negotiable. Electric is sub-metered and billed separately for 3 month or longer lease. Water, sewer, trash and basic Wi-Fi is included in rent. Application required.
